call it a day

「Call it a day」は主に「今日の作業・活動をここで終わりにする」という意味で、疲れた時・遅くなった時・進展がない時などに自然に使われます。カジュアルからビジネスまで幅広く使える便利な表現です。

基本的な使い方（仕事・作業を終える）

1. It’s getting late. Let’s call it a day.
   もう遅いね。今日はここまでにしよう。
